This large and welcoming waterfront summer home is tastefully decorated and features spectacular views of the Fishers Island Sound. Sit back and relax on the large covered porch to watch the gorgeous sunsets or sailboats gracefully sailing into the distance. Along with the views, well-maintained gardens and a spacious lawn surround the house. Hawk's Nest has a private beach (shared with the next door neighbor) on a small peaceful cove, swimming float and dock for two outboard boats.

The main paneled entry hall gives access to a wood paneled den, the beautifully decorated post and beam living room (fireplace) and a classic dining room (fireplace). Off the dine-in kitchen and butler's pantry are two bedrooms (a queen and a single) and a shared newly renovated bath. There is also a powder room off the front hall and a laundry and pantry storage room off the kitchen. A flat panel TV (Direct TV) is in the living room and Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.

Upstairs are a spacious master bedroom (king) (fireplace) with newly renovated ensuite bath, a large guest room (twins) (fireplace) with newly renovated ensuite bath, (both with water views) and two double bedrooms (one with fireplace) sharing a bath on a private hallway. Over the garage is a private double bedroom (twins) with bath/shower. There are seven bedrooms in total, sleeping twelve.

The house is newly fully air conditioned and has hot air heat for cool nights.
