From the moment you arrive, the landscape unfolds. Two sweeping acres are designed with stone patios, seating areas, fire pits, and a sprawling lawn that leads to three expansive Ipe balconies. Each space offers a unique view of the harbor, the Sound, the distant Connecticut shoreline and the colorful western sunsets. The sense of expanse, inside and out, is immediate.

Inside, the home features vaulted ceilings that soar overhead, anchored by a 70-foot ridge beam and hand-hewn posts. Custom barn and stable doors, delicate sway braces, and floating steel-and-wood staircases add both texture and strength to the space. Every window and door was placed with intention—framing sight lines that shift with the light and invite you to pause.

The main floor has a chef’s kitchen with dual islands open to the dining area, fireside living room, game and puzzle nook, 20' of bifold doors and an outdoor fireplace for true indoor / outdoor living .

The walk in pantry, mudroom, full bath and laundry rooms provide full privacy to the downstairs bedroom with endless water views.
