The Willodale house is 1880's Victorian style summer cottage with water views, a recent addition and modern amenities. Conveniently located on the west end of Fishers Island, next door to Hay Harbor Club, near the Mansion Houses and just minutes away from the Village green and ferry.

The kitchen has a large eating space and a brand new professional stove and DSL refrigerator. It opens onto the veranda overlooking the sound and croquet lawn - a perfect place for outdoor meals, children at play, afternoon naps, and watching sunset regattas. There is also an outdoor shower opening onto the back porch and a washer and dryer in the basement.

Very versatile spaces throughout, including nine bedrooms and four and a half baths. There is a ground floor master bedroom and bath. On the balcony level there is a library, bathroom and large bedroom as well as three small bedrooms (sometimes called “the cubbies”) modeled on Pullman sleeping car berths. The house has a formal dining room and a living room, each with working fireplaces and a large art/living room with double height ceilings.
