This charming summer cottage is located on the west end of Fishers Island, overlooking West Harbor. The house is near town, the Hay Harbor Club, Fishers Island Yacht Club, and Dock Beach. The house has an easy, open flow, and is great for entertaining and hosting a large family. A spacious deck overlooks the Fishers Island Sound. There is a well-equipped kitchen, dining room, and working fireplace in the living room. The property includes a private beach next to Dock Beach and is wonderful for fishing, swimming and watching the boats go by.

Located on the West End

This home is within walking distance from just about everything on the West End of the Island. Pick up the mail, grab the Sunday paper and a cup of coffee while you visit the firehouse with the kids. Or, take an evening stroll to grab some homemade ice cream at Topper’s.

Pack a lunch and spend the day beachcombing and swimming with the kids at South Beach or Dock Beach, surfcast from Race Point, or pack your scope and camera for birdwatching in the open fields of the parade grounds.
